Payment

We use Paypal, which also accepts credit cards and e-checks.
You do not have to have a PayPal Account to use your credit card or bank account to pay. When you checkout, choose Paypal, select the option “I do not have a PayPal account”, then click “continue” and follow the instructions.

Shipping

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship, at the latest, within 7 days of cleared payment. Generally we ship as soon as we possibly can. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us for arrangements. We ship worldwide.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
Shipping to the US normally takes a week to ten days but can, occasionally, take a lot longer. If you would like EXPEDITED SHIPPING, please get in touch for a quote.
Custom fees and any local taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark orders as a ‘gift’ as this is not legal.

COMBINED SHIPPING
We’re happy to combine shipping costs and will refund any excess paid. If you’re buying several items from our shop and would prefer us to let you know in advance what the combined shipping cost will be, please send us a message and we will be happy to let you know.
Insurance is optional (but advisable if the item has a high value). Please leave a note to seller when buying your item if you would like insurance on your package. We’ll then contact you to let you know the extra cost involved so that you can arrange the additional payment.
We re-use packaging materials and boxes wherever possible to keep shipping costs down and minimise the effects of our business on the environment. If, however, you would like your item delivered in a brand new box, please contact us and we will let you know the additional costs involved.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to return an order, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused and return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Once we have received the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange it for another item of equal value. All refunds will be returned in the same method as payment was given.
Unfortunately, items which have been customised cannot be returned.
If an insured item is damaged in shipping, please contact us to make arrangements for refund or exchange.

I have sent you a message. When can I expect a reply?
We are a small business based in rural Scotland. This means that, if you are based elsewhere in the world, we could very well be sleeping while you are browsing the internet. We also try to take some time off in the evenings and at weekends to re-charge our batteries.
This may mean that we can’t reply immediately to your messages. But we WILL always reply as quickly as possible and do our very best to get back to you, at the latest, within 2 working days of receiving your message.
